At Nayica, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering quality jewellery products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window
  • Products bought during sale, clearance, or special discount offers
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Slight variations in colour or design due to photography or screen settings

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@nayica.co or WhatsApp +91-7357903731 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
    Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 working days

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), return shipping will be covered by Nayica.
  • In all other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
