Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item)
To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
πΈ Unboxing video is mandatory for return or refund requests related to damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
- Products bought during sale, clearance, or special discount offers
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Slight variations in colour or design due to photography or screen settings
Return Process

- Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
β οΈ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 working days
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), return shipping will be covered by Nayica.
- In all other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
