Shipping Charges
- 🚚 Free Shipping on all orders across India
- 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) available
- 🎁 Flat ₹200 OFF on prepaid orders (applied automatically at checkout)

- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier partner delays.
Shipping Partner
- We ship orders through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket and its associated delivery services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Order Tracking

- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery may not be available to certain remote pin codes.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
- While we take utmost care in packaging, Nayica is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.
